Click on the "Catalog" menu button to enter the ordering section. A list of product categories should appear. These are the categories of available marketing materials. Click on these categories to view the specific products. Each product displays a product code, name, description(if available), price and small image. Click on the small image to view a larger display. This displays a much larger image along with other information.
At any point in the website, you can click on the "Back" button on your Internet browser program to go to the previous page.
To order a product, enter the quantity required in the field and click on the "Shopping Cart" icon. This then displays your "virtual shopping cart" which lists all the items the system will order for you if you proceed. If the current inventory levels are not sufficient to fill this order, the quantity available to be ordered and the quantity backordered will be displayed in red. You can either, reduce the quantity (by typing in the new quantity and clicking on "Edit Quantity"), remove the item (by bringing the quantity to 0), or leave the order as is and the inventory not available will be backordered. Once the desired products and quantities are selected, click on the "Checkout" text on the left to place the order. The checkout screen displays the items selected, any billing information, shipping information, and requests you to verify the order. To submit the order, you must enter a billing method and a purchase order. If the information is correct click on the "Yes" button at the bottom of the screen. You will then be able to view your order one last time to ensure all the information is correct. Click on the "Submit Order" button to send your order. You will then receive a confirmation screen with your order number and transaction number. You may print this screen for your records. Please keep these numbers handy until your order arrives. You will need these numbers if you wish to track the progress of your order.
